## Description

EZ Inspections Mobile is a field-work app for housekeepers, maintenance contractors, inspectors, and other on-site staff. It lets you route stops, view order information, instructions, and property photos, and complete checklists with photos and videos. The app runs offline and syncs with the cloud when a network is available.

Field teams can report urgent issues on the job, share estimated completion times with the office, pause and resume work, scan inventory, collect resident signatures, upload invoices or timesheets, and chat with teammates via in-app messaging.
