## Description

MEDITECH MHealth is the mobile version of MEDITECH’s Patient and Consumer Health Portal, delivering secure, on-the-go access to your health information on your phone or tablet. If your provider has enabled access, you can use your existing Patient Portal login to connect with your care team and view your health data from anywhere.

Key features include secure messaging with your care team, appointment management and pre-registration, viewing lab and radiology results, tracking immunizations, allergies, and conditions, and managing home medications and renewals, plus access to visit history and related forms.
