## Description

MyPrevea App is a patient portal Chrome extension that puts your health information at your fingertips. Schedule appointments, view your health summary, current medications, and test results, and exchange secure messages with your care team.

Features include prescription refills, immunization history, bill pay, price estimates, Proxy Access for family accounts, eCheck-in, and customizable text alerts. You can also upload health and fitness data— including data from Apple Health— when enrolled in self-tracking programs.
