## Description

Emergency Q reduces crowding in Hospital Emergency Departments (EDs) by creating a live connection between patients, EDs and Urgent Care Clinics (UCCs).  

It empowers patients suited to primary care by providing them with a live view of forecast wait times for non-emergency patients at participating hospital EDs and UCCs.
