**Health Auto Export** helps you take control of your Apple Health and workout data. Export more than 150 metrics—including steps, heart rate, sleep, blood pressure, workouts, routes, ECG, medications, menstrual data, and State of Mind—in **JSON, CSV, or GPX** formats.

Automate exports and backups to iCloud Drive, Google Drive, Dropbox, REST APIs, MQTT, Home Assistant, email, and Calendar. Query health data over the network, use Shortcuts, sync with the Mac app, or build custom dashboards and integrations with the open-source web app. Widgets and configurable charts make it easy to monitor progress on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
