References On Tap is a portable reference manager that searches arXiv, Google Books, Google Scholar, JSTOR, the Library of Congress, PubMed, PubMed Central, and Semantic Scholar to find, display, and import reference data and PDFs when you have access.

It lets you search your personal library, organize items into static or smart groups, and share citations or PDFs for reading or exporting to desktop reference managers. It also supports iCloud sync across iOS and macOS for cross-device access. Standard, one-time purchase ($4.99) with no limit on searches or imports; Premium, yearly subscription ($4.99) adds cloud sync across devices.
