## Description

PalliArts biedt zorgverleners in de palliatieve zorg altijd en overal directe toegang tot actuele landelijke én regionale informatie. Zo kun je als (huis)arts of andere zorgverlener betere zorg verlenen, afgestemd op de wensen van de patiënt en diens naasten – waar zij zich ook bevinden.

De app bevat landelijke informatie:
- Samenvattingen van richtlijnen palliatieve zorg (bron: Pallialine);
- Medicatie-informatie zoals Compatibiliteit medicatie in pomp, Omrekentabel opioïden en benzodiazepinen en Doseringen van medicatie per richtlijn;
- Consultatie palliatieve zorg;
- Checklists zoals de Lastmeter, gesprekskaart Proactieve Zorgplanning;
- Voorlichtingsfolders;
- Handige links;
- Vrije bedden in hospicevoorzieningen;
- Netwerken Palliatieve zorg.

De volgende regionale informatie van aangesloten Netwerken Palliatieve Zorg (NPZ) is te raadplegen:
- regionale samenwerkingsafspraken (RSA);
- regionale checklists;
- regionale patiënten folders.

Met enkele klikken:
