## Description

Blueprint Portal is a Chrome extension that gives BCBS members quick, secure access to their health information from anywhere. It helps you monitor claims and view EOBs, estimate treatment costs, check deductibles and out-of-pocket amounts, view and request a replacement ID card, and manage policy information.

The extension also provides access to benefit and plan documents and is available to Skai Blue Cross Blue Shield, Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, BlueAdvantage Administrators of Arkansas, Health Advantage, and Octave Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield is an Independent Licensee of the BCBS Association and serves all 75 counties in Arkansas.
