## Description

"SET & GO PRO" app developed by RITMO S.p.A. for its butt welders.

"SET & GO PRO" calculates the butt welding parameters in a simple, fast and useful way.
With easy guided steps, how to select the welding machine, set the characteristics of the pipe, choose the welding standard etc, "SET & GO PRO" immediately tells you how to weld!

The entire work cycle is then "assisted and guided step by step" also by a functional timer with countdown timer.
"SET & GO PRO" ... it's already the future!

• Languages: English, Spanish, Italian, French, Polish, Romanian, Deutsch, Portuguese.
• Tutorial page: with tutorial "How to use this app" and with instructional videos for the BASIC LINE and the EASY LIFE WELDING SYSTEM.
• Choice of welding machine: from list of Ritmo butt fusion hydraulic machines or free insertion of the thrust section of the cylinders (cm2, in2).
• Choice of welding standard: ISO 21307 SLP / DLP / SHP, UNI 10520 SINGLE / DUAL, DVS 2207-1, DVS 2207-11, ASTM F2620-20, ASTM F3372-20, WIS 4-32-08, NS 416-2, INSTA 2072-2, ES. 0207.GN-DG, NBN T 42-010 Methods A/B, NEN 7200 or free entry of interface pressure (MPa, bar, psi).
• Choice of tube diameter from list or free insertion (mm, in, IPS, DIPS).
• SDR choice or free insertion of the thickness (mm, in).
• Material choice (PE, PE80, PE100, PE100RC, PEHD, PP, PA12).
• Insertion of drag pressure (bar, psi).
• Insertion of room temperature (° C, ° F) in the standards where required.
• Presentation of welding parameters (° C / bar or ° F / psi).
• Creation of welding parameter tables in pdf format
• Calculation of welding parameters and timer function for each phase of the welding cycle with acoustic signal in the last 10 seconds of each phase.
