## Description

“爱山东”APP是由山东省大数据局主办的政务服务平台，平台作为山东省委省政府全面优化营商环境，切实提升政务服务能力的重要载体，着眼于企业群众生产生活痛点，为企业群众提供多样性、多渠道、便利化服务，推动更多政务服务、便民服务、企业服务“掌上办”、“指尖办”，助力“数字强省”建设。
作为山东省移动政务服务总入口，“爱山东”APP功能涵盖公安、社保、医保、教育、民政、市场监管等部门的热门高频业务及身份证、社保卡、医保电子凭证等常用电子证照。爱山东APP通过整合各级各部门分散建设的移动端政务资源，解决企业群众“办一件事下载一个APP”的困扰，让企业群众“打开手机都能办，打开手机随时办”，充分实现政务资源共享。
“爱山东”APP运用“互联网＋”政务思维，按照“全省一盘棋”布局统筹考虑，通过强化可信身份认证、数字共享、电子证照、缴费支付、物流寄递、智能客服等支撑能力建设,优化用户体验，着力打造“24小时不打烊服务”。
“爱山东”APP将持续提升政务服务水平，为高质量发展、高效能治理、高品质生活注入强劲动力，为数字强省建设发挥更大贡献。
