## Review summary

Overall, players praise Alliance: Air War for its fun, realistic-feeling flight combat, solid graphics/physics, and a variety of modes and aircraft across eras. Recurrent criticisms focus on monetization and grind (perceived pay-to-win and high costs for planes), a desire for more content (more planes/eras, updates like Vietnam), and control issues (tilt/motion controls, aiming difficulty; requests for joystick support). Another frequent gripe is lack of carrier-based refueling/landing features (no carrier landings or ammo refills).

### Pros

- Fun and engaging flight combat with a realistic feel
- Strong graphics and physics that enhance the air combat experience
- Variety of modes and aircraft across eras, with both single-player and multiplayer
- Good sense of immersion from aircraft variety and missions

### Cons

- Perceived pay-to-win monetization and high in-game costs for aircraft
- Desire for more content: additional planes/eras (e.g., F-104, F-15 variants) and Vietnam-era updates
- Control and aiming issues: tilt/motion controls; difficulty aiming; requests for joystick/alternative control options
- Lack of carrier-based refueling/landing features (no carrier landings or ammo refills)
