Mindfulness – bevidst nærvær er en dansk lydguide, baseret på MBCT-principper, der hjælper voksne og børn/unge med at være mere til stede i nuet. App’en tilbyder en gratis guidet bodyscan og mere end 10 timers lyd til nærvær, stresshåndtering og søvn, indtalt på dansk og let at bruge.

Med offline-tilstand kan du hente lydfilerne og bruge appen uden internet. Fuld adgang købes som engangsbeløb på 79 kr og inkluderer sessioner som Bodyscan, Meditation, Blid yoga, Godnat og sov godt samt materiale til børn og unge.
