## Description

Intensity is an ad-free powerlifting log designed to accelerate progression. It lets you plan workouts in advance or log on the go, track in-depth stats, set goals, and quickly view personal records. Data is stored in the cloud and accessible across devices, including an Apple Watch companion for hands-free access during training.

It supports popular powerlifting programs (5/3/1, Starting Strength, Stronglifts 5x5, The Texas Method, Smolov, GZCL, Candito, Kizen, and more) and lets you build, customize, import, or AI-generated programs. Import from Strong, Hevy, FitNotes, or Stronglifts 5x5; export workouts for deeper analysis. Additional features include timers, interval timing, 1RM and plate calculators, IPF-GL, Wilks, and DOTS calculators, warmup planning, language options, light/dark mode, and social features like friends and leaderboards.

## Review summary

Overall, users prize Intensity for being easy to log workouts and for its strong customization options. Pros frequently cited include a simple, quick tracking flow, a capable program builder, built-in training plans, and a usable free tier with affordable premium options. However, multiple reviews report reliability issues: crashes and workouts not saving, diary/log inaccuracies, and data not appearing correctly. UI hiccups on iOS and input lag are also common. Pricing confusion and sudden increases are another recurring gripe. Users want better data export and consistent unit handling (kg/lb).
