## Description

Sleep++ uses your Apple Watch to automatically track your sleep, measuring duration and restfulness. You’ll receive a clear nightly report to understand your sleep patterns and optimize your routine for better rest.

Two modes keep you in control: AUTOMATIC mode wears the Apple Watch overnight for automatic tracking, or switch to MANUAL mode to set precise start and end times. Sleep++ also integrates with the Health app for safe data sharing and optional saving of Sleep Analysis, aligning with the goal of a free, simple, private sleep tracker for Apple Watch users.

## Review summary

Sleep++ is easy and informative but plagued by intrusive ads, reliability problems, and compatibility issues with Apple Watch and OS updates. It offers detailed sleep and HRV data and Apple Health integration, and is free to use, but users report inaccurate tracking, lagging results, and constant glitches that harm usability.

### Pros

- Easy to use and quick to set up.
- Provides detailed sleep data including REM, deep sleep, and HRV.
- Apple Health integration allows data to be written to Health app.
- Free and accessible without heavy paywalls.

### Cons

- Intrusive pornographic ads at the top of the app UI.
- Inaccurate sleep tracking and data lag; auto-tracking often fails after updates.
- Watch compatibility issues after OS/watchOS updates; some devices can’t track sleep.
- Glitches and instability (lockups, crashes, and poor syncing).
- Outdated UI/UX design and navigation issues (e.g., scrolling problems).
