## Description

FMS Calculator is an official U.S. Navy mobile app (PMW 240) that helps Sailors calculate Final Multiple Scores (FMS) for advancement to E5–E7. It supports what-if scenarios by letting users input FMS elements, displays a total score, and provides a pie-chart breakdown along with a historical view by branch class, exam rate, and group where applicable. In this release, E4 advancement is no longer determined by FMS.

Key features include a simple single-screen interface with dropdowns and inputs for FMS elements, a historical view comparing scenarios to minimum cut scores, and personalization that accounts for grade-specific formulas. The app also offers direct links to Navy policy in the Navy Advancement Manual, NEAS NAVADMINS, and related Navy resources.
