## Description

MSD Bill Pay is a free mobile app that lets you pay your MSD sewer bill or view your account summary from anywhere.

Sign in with your MSD profile to access linked accounts and manage payments on the go. New users can sign up at the STL MSD website to link accounts and start paying quickly and securely.

Across reviews, users repeatedly say the app is unusable for paying bills: login fails or never saves, payment buttons freeze or do nothing, and the app crashes or hangs.
