## Description

FoodCTRL – digital HACCP logbook and food safety system for catering and hospitality<br><br>FoodCTRL is a Hungarian-language, tablet-based application that allows you to document the kitchen’s daily HACCP tasks, inspector self-checks and error corrections in one place, paperless – retrievable and ready for official inspection.<br><br>The application is developed and operated by InDeRe Food Research and Innovation Institute Nonprofit Public Benefit Ltd., in cooperation with food safety experts and practicing catering professionals.<br><br>FOR THE KITCHEN<br>• Shift start – employees check in with one tap, you can see who performed each task<br>• Daily HACCP checks – technical start and shutdown, food preparation, ready-to-eat food registration, serving, blast chilling, food waste<br>• Temperature measurement with limit value monitoring – refrigerators, freezers and food; the deviation is indicated by the system when recording<br>• Employee training – educational materials, exams and certificates directly on the tablet<br>• Documents – documents of the organization and the kitchen are available even without internet<br>• Conversations – direct messaging with management and inspectors<br><br>FOR THE INSPECTOR<br>• Self-inspection checklists – Yes / Partially / No answers, with mandatory justification<br>• Defective items – deviations from HACCP measurements and inspections are automatically listed<br>• Action plans – solution proposal and deadline for each deviation, followed until closure<br>• Multiple kitchens on one tablet – all kitchens of the organization can be checked from one place<br><br>FOODCTRL AI – UNCLE ZOLI<br>Ask about food safety in Hungarian: the AI ​​assistant answers by referring to authentic HACCP and GHP sources, including the referenced pages.<br><br>WORKS OFFLINE ALSO<br>You can record even without an internet connection; when the connection is restored, the data is automatically synchronized.
