## Description

HoverRoute is an image-focused download organizer for Firefox.

Hover an image and click the compact download button. HoverRoute detects the image source the page is actually using, resolves supported original-image URLs such as <a href="https://prod.outgoing.prod.webservices.mozgcp.net/v1/e7b64718e951cf5f00b77feddfec0a7dba672e9e0fb282ee2475cfdb1dc14aea/http%3A//pbs.twimg.com" rel="nofollow">pbs.twimg.com</a>, and saves the result through Firefox's Downloads API.

Organize downloaded images with ordered, first-match-wins rules:
<ul><li>Match the page hostname, page URL, image hostname, image URL, or original filename.</li><li>Use contains, glob, or case-insensitive regular-expression matchers.</li><li>Build dated folders with ${date}, site folders with ${pageHostname} or ${imageHostname}, and flexible filenames with ${filenameStem} and ${extension}.</li><li>Preview the winning rule and generated path before saving changes.</li><li>Keep every generated path relative to the browser's Downloads folder.</li></ul>
HoverRoute only handles images downloaded through its own hover button. It does not batch-download images, intercept other browser downloads, manage arbitrary MIME types, collect browsing data, use analytics, sync to the cloud, or load remote executable code.

Pin HoverRoute from Firefox's extensions menu and click its toolbar icon to open the organizer rules directly.

The interface and built-in help follow the browser language and are available in English and Taiwan Traditional Chinese.
