"Quick post" feature, live preview and formatting hotkeys, to make posting to the forums easier
Alternate navbar styles, so that you can - for example - bring back the old colourful logo
Custom forum themes
Display the discount percentage of each game in a promo

Every change made to the website is optional, and can be switched on or off from the Barefoot Essentials settings panel, which can be found in the About menu on gog.com's navbar.
