I've been charged so much money from this place and I've been trying to cancel for weeks and I have gone through multiple new debit cards and I have no idea how they keep getting my new debit card. I have messaged their chat box. I have emailed them and they keep charging me and it's Christmas time and it's the saddest thing ever!! Don't download!!!

I got through to them via their PayPal email, but they have repeatedly declined my request foe a refund. PayPal did refund me, but idk if they will try to charge me back. 2024-12-15	tina cotruzzola	Horrible. So the cancellation process does not work. But if u pay through pay pal. You can cancel payment through them to turn the payment from active to inactive and they wont be able to take any more money from your account. Under settings and payments in pay pal
2024-12-13	Abeera Rafique	I have accidentally resubscribed to the app 7 day trial and then to 1 month trial I am continuously trying to cancel the subscription but chat bot says I am not subscribed. Although i have received confirmation email of my subscription and money has also been deducted from my account. I cannot even cancel and the app is going to charge me again bloody hell this app is horrible and scam. There is no proper way to contact the customer support. Don't fall into trap of this app
2024-12-10	Tlove	The chat bot doesn't work at all, I cancel my subscription. I would keep it, but it's rather pointless to be paying for. So I would love to cancel this before I start getting charged. Again, the app bot never responds and there's no way to cancel on the app

They rope you into the trial and then make it next to impossible to be able to cancel your subscription before the free trial is over and when you contact them because their site is giving you technical difficulties asking for your money back they try and pin and it on you saying you agreed to their BS no refund policy even though it is NOT my fault for not being able to cancel their subscription.
2024-12-06	Jessica Procter	SCAM I give negative 5 stars. I signed up for the free trial and its taken out 3 transactions totaling $204 in a matter of seconds. I finally got through to someone and they refuse to refund me as apparently I chose to do that by using things in the app. I haven't even used anything.
2024-12-02	Cherri Null	I'd give this a ZERO if possible. Total scam. Had to cancel my debit card that I so stupidly suppied. I spent time immediately to unsubscribe without any luck through their app or my email. After the first .52 went thru. I started getting random larger charges. I read through other reviews to see so much the same happened to others. Save your time and money DO NOT waste your time!
2024-12-02	Mirryn McWilliams	Complete scam, all functions within the app do not work, even something as simple as setting up an account is nearly impossible due to how slow and broken the app actually is. Currently trying to cancel my extortionate AI conversation subscription, however they make that impossible to. Do not download, do not engage.

Deceptive, misleading, not fair at all. i signed up for free trial, i only used it for less than 10 minutes and decided it's not suitable for me, then i asked for a refund as i didn't get any analysis from them, GUESS WHAT! my money is gone and didn't get any refund. i paid 68.48 dollars for NOTHING! DON'T DOWNLOAD!
