Tick a toggle in the popup and that surface disappears instantly — untick it and it's back. No reloads, no account, no configuration.

What you can hide:

• Home feed (and its infinite-scroll spinner) • Stories tray • Suggested users sidebar • "More posts from…" recommendations under a post • Comments on posts (the caption and composer stay) • The recommendations grid on the Explore page (search stays) • Reels, Explore, and Notifications entries in the navigation

Hiding is purely cosmetic and local to your browser.
