Short description
This extension redirects Webpages. Redirect, block and do native processing of links.
Full summary

This extension allows redirection of webpages in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops sessions. The extension enables two features, namely, Browser Content Redirection and Bidirectional URL Redirection.

BROWSER CONTENT REDIRECTION: Redirects Webpages from a browser running on the virtual desktop to the Citrix Workspace App embedded browser running on the client device. Browser Content Redirection prevents the execution/rendering of whitelisted web pages in the virtual desktop, creating a corresponding browser instantiated by Citrix Workspace app that will be responsible for rendering the URL locally on the user’s device.

System Requirements: Browser Content Redirection for Chrome requires Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops 1808 or higher and Citrix Workspace app for Windows 1809 or higher, and Citrix Receiver for Linux 13.9 or higher. This extension should be installed in the supported browsers running in the virtual desktop, and no installation is required on user’s client device. The URL Forwarder extension allows you to block and redirect links in your browser which match a given pattern.

The in browser options are stay, block or redirect. The stay option will rediect matching URLs to the URL of the last active tab, which is in most cases the page where you clicked the link. Block will show a browser block page and with the redirect action you can specify a new URL which will be opened.

The use of this extension comes together with its natice counterpart. The host app receives all URLs which are matched together with a target (app) and additional arguments you can specify. Togehter with the stay action this allows you to open a link you click in another application, e.g. another browser.
