Cannot reset password - or access account. Tried numerous ways. The system has my correct email address (email received) and mobile phone number (SMS verification received). But the system is terribly broken. Far out!

Every time I try to log in it asks me to change me master password. I don't want to change it, so I'm not able to log in at all. Re-installing the extension didn't fix anything.

The idea is nice but the execution is just awful. I imported all my passwords from Safari, but LastPass imported them with a space at the end of all the URLs, and then URL-encoded it. So to even get LastPass to prompt me to auto-fill a password, I have to go in to my vault and manually edit each saved password to remove the "%2F" at the end of the URL. Hugely counter-intuitive. Also, everytime I open up the vault inside a browser window, LastPass freezes Chrome altogether and I have to force quit and start again. Lastly, I tried installing LastPass on my mobile device and on another browser profile, but it keeps telling me my Master Password is wrong. Ok, no problem, I'll just go reset it right? WRONG! My "password hint" is just blank... and then when I try account recovery, it sends me an email with a link to click, but that link gives me an error saying "enter a valid username" even though I'm in the one browser that I actually have the extension activated on. So in summary: 1) Importing passwords from Safari or other browsers is useless unless you want to manually edit each one of them. 2) LastPass Vault freezes my browser and I have to force quit to get the browser to work again. 3) Unable to install LastPass on more than one device. Completely insane for a "password manager" that won't work across multiple devices. I'm glad they let me use a free trial, because I was 100% ready to pay for a membership until I realized that this thing is basically no better than a google spreadsheet. Except that I'd be able to access a google sheet from any device, so I guess LastPass is actually worse. Don't waste your time.
