## Description

The service application for computers provides the ability to get detailed information about your device using a QR code. Simply scan the QR code on your device and you will be redirected to the official website where you can view product specifications, check for up-to-date drivers, warranty information and repair status.<br><br>In the event of a warranty claim, you will be able to track the status of your claim: from &quot;Create a claim&quot; to &quot;Send to destination and close the claim&quot; . You will also receive a repair report. An important addition is the ability to communicate with technical support through the built-in chat.<br><br>So the service app allows you to get all the information you need about your computer, track warranty and repair status, and have access to technical support, all with the convenience of a QR code.
