I downloaded this app because the kiosk itself wasn't working and kept canceling instead of printing my ticket. Turns out the app is just as bad. It can't even figure out my location. When I finally got to it myself, there were no parking locations shown for this area, even though I'm looking around and seeing them everywhere. I wonder if I'm going to get charged for the parking passes that got canceled...

Don't waste your money on this app. I got an error message saying the area I was in wasn't supported but they charged me anyway even though I couldn't park in the spot I just unknowingly paid for. When I contacted customer support they said they were sending my complaint over and I would hear back in a couple days. They don't refund even though the problem was with their app
