It was created to solve requests where they arise — in front of the machine, not in front of an office.

AN ACCOUNT FROM YOUR ORGANIZATION IS REQUIRED
The application does not create accounts. You connect with the details you already use in your service. If your organization does not use the ASTY-IT platform, the application will not be useful to you.

FIRST START
When you first open it, you scan the QR code of your organization — you will find it on the organization's support page. This way the application learns where to connect, without typing addresses. Then you connect with your details and confirm with a one-time code on your mobile phone.

FOR EMPLOYEES
• Report a fault in a few seconds, with a photo if necessary
• See where each of your requests is and who took it over
• Reply to the technician within the same conversation
• Notification when something moves

FOR TECHNICIANS
Requests
• Lists with filters (open, mine, all) and search by title, code, requester and comments
• Discussion with a separate color per interlocutor, internal notes, photos within the comment
• Change status, time billing, digital signature of receipt by the user
• Phone, SMS and email of the requester with one touch

Tasks
• Request tasks and project tasks in one list
• To Do / In Progress / Done switches and technician selection
• Permanent pending counter that does not go away until completed

Fixed
• QR scan or search to open the machine tab
• Technical characteristics, operating status, warranty and financial data
• Network route: socket, patch panel, switch and port
• Request and movement history
• Remote management of the operator's own computers, by authorized personnel: communication check, startup, restart, message on the user's screen, software installation

Network and infrastructure
• IP addresses per subnet, with checking if they respond
• Port identification by socket code

• Secretariat: reception messages awaiting action

SECURITY
• Connection is confirmed with a one-time code on your mobile
• Optional application locking with fingerprint or face. The control is done entirely on the device — no biometric data is stored or sent
• The login tokens are kept in the encrypted storage of the device
• Each device is recorded separately and you can disconnect it at any time
• Communication is done exclusively via an encrypted connection
• There are no ads, no tracking, no sharing of data with third parties. Your data remains on your carrier's server

ACCESSIBILITY
Fully in Greek, with a light and dark theme that follows the phone's setting, easy-to-read sizes and large touch targets — the application is also used with gloves, in the sun, inside a machine room.

The same application serves every organization that uses the ASTY-IT platform. The carrier is selected at the first start and the application automatically takes on its name and colors.
