My DEDDiE App is the official HEDNO mobile application designed to simplify electricity customer service. The app lets users create accounts, save supply numbers with friendly names, report and recall power outages, submit meter readings, request new connections or modifications, apply for EV charging infrastructure, check net‑metering compatibility and RES production, view consumption history and graphs, receive automated outage and request status notifications, and interact with HEDNO’s chatbot. English language support is available.

Users can log in via Taxisnet for full functionality or use guest mode with limited access. For submissions that alter records (outages, requests, meter readings), OTP verification via mobile is required.
