This is super buggy... the settings are either sometimes half-disabled or sometimes spontaneously revert to the previous setting value.

But if we can set milisecond it become better.
And also the when refresh start close is not working every time. For example if you set second to 0 it can not stopable until close page. But DON'T FIX THIS VIA block 0 second :)
Because of every time I use 0 second :)
