The APCCE Chrome extension integrates the AP DE&S developed mobile application designed to deliver fair, precise, and accurate estimates of principal crop yields. It employs stratified random sampling across villages, mandals, and districts to collect reliable data. These estimates assist in generating crucial production forecasts and insurance assessments, which are transmitted to State and Central Government bodies. Additionally, the app facilitates claim settlements through the A.P. General Insurance Company Ltd. based on the insurance estimates provided. This extension streamlines agricultural data analysis, supporting informed decision-making and enhancing crop insurance processes in Andhra Pradesh.
