## Description

Tired of Google shoving an AI Overview at the top of every search? This extension gets rid of it.

<strong>Two modes:</strong>
<ul><li><strong>Safe mode</strong> — quietly appends <code>-ai</code> to your query. Google hides the AI Overview when it sees a negative term. Nothing else on the page changes. Downside: it filters out results that contain the word "ai".</li><li><strong>Full destruction mode</strong> — leaves your query alone and rips the AI Overview out of the page after it loads. No query pollution, but on slow connections you might see it flash for a moment.</li></ul>
<strong>Also does:</strong>
<ul><li>Hides the "AI Mode" tab in the search filter row.</li><li>Blocks the Tab-to-AI-Mode keyboard shortcut so you stop landing in AI Mode by accident.</li><li>One-click pause from the toolbar when you actually want the AI stuff for a single search.</li></ul>
<strong>No tracking. No analytics. No remote code. No data collection.</strong>
