2025-04-18 | Martin | Works perfectly. Sharing passwords with my wife, and it has improved the family security for streaming services and other accounts where we both need the same account passwords.
2025-02-11 | Adrian | Seemed good at first but now wishing I'd come to this page first and then stayed with Kaspersky. Dreadful for web pages on pc - very temperamental, working at times and not others, so I have to fill bits out manually, because eg an email address is not in 'acceptable' format, or for a simple bank payment a site simply will not accept Dashlane's pitiful attempt at auto-filling. It also seems to have messed up my Microsoft sign-in - had to change my password twice and now... it's nowhere to be found in Dashlane - well done guys. I don't suppose they'll be offering me my money back for this dross.
2025-01-28 | Cyril | Extension instable.
2025-01-16 | Oly | I haven't even installed it yet and my colleague has demonstrated it is utterly useless at CSV import which means I will never use it as I have hundreds of passwords. Unbelievably rubbish CSV import, really hard to write code that bad with so many great libraries around. Top marks folks!
2024-12-31 | Calp, | It works, sort of. It does what it is supposed to, in terms of maintaining a database of my passwords, and other information. But the application itself is far heavier, slower, and more obnoxious to use than something like BitWarden. You cannot manage your information from the extension's flyout menu. You have to open the extension, open the web app, and then you can create new entries and edit your information. Passwords, notes, payment information, personal information, passkeys, etc. are all kept in separate menus and can't be searched globally, making the app more cumbersome to use. With other apps, I can search for a keyword and results are returned from all of the categories mentioned. If I want to filter down to just passwords, or just notes, I can do so. Despite being a worse product, it is significantly more expensive than BitWarden. I haven't checked the pricing of other competitors.
2024-12-26 | Tim | This thing again will not load/login!! You are becoming a major liability!! Fix your damn Software or I will go elsewhere!!
2024-12-26 | Brian | Sooo many missing features. You can't even store attachments to a shared entry. Only web-based and browser plugins for Windows. Lack of automation capabilities and password rotation. Can't store MFA with account entry. I've had all of this and more with 1Password and Bitwarden. Definitely not an "enterprise" solution. I'd rather go back to using gpg on a text file.
2024-12-19 | Here | over the past couple of months the app has been removed multiple times due to a report of the extension being compromised. one time, no problem it happens. second time, what is going on? third time, I am looking for a different password manager. |
