Whether you are a patient, visitor, or employee – the KRH Siloah Hospital navigation app reliably guides you throughout the entire hospital grounds. It always offers you the shortest and most convenient route to your destination – be it a ward, an examination room, or an administrative unit.

Outside the hospital building, the app uses GPS (Global Positioning System) to determine your location. As soon as you enter the building, the app automatically switches to an Indoor Positioning System (IPS), which guides you precisely through the interior spaces. This helps you find your way around even the complex building structures with ease.

To assist you, numerous QR codes and orientation aids are installed throughout the hospital.

You can scan these at any time to determine your current location and recalculate your route.

If you are planning your journey from home or from other locations, the app recommends using a GPS navigation application of your choice. Upon arrival, you will receive a notification to return to the hospital's navigation app.
The app offers two navigation modes:
Standard mode: Suitable for all users. You navigate independently, can freely choose your own pace, and take breaks.
Guided mode: For users who prefer step-by-step instructions. The app acts as an electronic compass and guides you safely to your destination.
The navigation app processes all location data exclusively locally and anonymously.
No personal data is stored or shared. For optimal functionality, we recommend granting all necessary permissions.
Please note that the app does not detect physical obstacles and therefore cannot account for all eventualities.
