## Description

**Homeless Plus** is a pioneering Chrome extension dedicated to fighting social exclusion and waste. Launched in May 2015 on both Google Play and the App Store, it is the first application designed to assist homeless individuals directly.

The latest version of Homeless Plus enhances support by connecting homeless or precariously housed individuals with a caring network comprising public services, volunteers, associations, and merchants. This community-driven platform fosters social inclusion and maximizes resource sharing, making it a powerful tool for both social impact and waste reduction.
