## Description

ForceScroll is a Firefox add-on that enables scrolling on webpages that disable scrolling until you accept/refuse cookies. European laws often require websites to ask user consent to accept cookies, leading to annoying pop-ups at every browser restart. With ForceScroll, you can block these pop-ups with an ad blocker like uBlock Origin and still have the ability to scroll on all webpages.
