Купила приложение за 100 $ по совету одного знакомого с другой страны, оказалось что в Турции оно блокируется и не работает, обнаружила проблему сразу и попросила возврат средств по гарантии. Начинают закидывать бесполезными сотнями вопросов, чтоб всётаки не делать мне возврат! Поддержка отвечает раз в сутки, а то и в двое....жаль я не прочитала тут отзывы перед покупкой, однозначно не купила бы! Пока что 1 звезда, если вернут средства, поставлю 5 за честность, само приложение вроде ничё, но у меня оно запускается только через бесплатный впн ито проблематично...так что лучше перед покупкой уточнять! Хотя хз куда писать, такое чувство, что живой поддержки у них особо и нет

I've been with Nord for several years and I've tried several others. Nord has always seemed to be the easiest for a non techy to get up and running. They've added some nice new features, and I really like the split tunneling 👍😎 I'd go with 5 stars but the thing is pushy about using the other apps, even when you're already using them. It finally runs native on my router too! I still have to fight with the ISP to allow proper passthru on the gateway but having everything behind the wall all the time is a really big gold star for Nord.

After subscribing to NordVPN for over a year and trying a few competitors, NordVPN is at the top of my list. It's fast, rarely has technical snafus, and I get a fast response from support when issues arise. I use NordVPN on my iPhone, iPad, and Windows laptop with the Edge browser. You'll find other excellent services, some for "free," but NordVPN has stood the test of time, and I plan to continue using it on my devices.
