Fix42 is two things in one. A fast launcher for <a href="https://prod.outgoing.prod.webservices.mozgcp.net/v1/63979b496b452375365d95427ff9bc38c62197e48b259006b9d94198a8c35f6c/http%3A//fix42.com" rel="nofollow">fix42.com</a>'s 80+ free online tools, and a set of browser-native productivity tools that only work as an extension.

What works in this Firefox build today:

Search every <a href="https://prod.outgoing.prod.webservices.mozgcp.net/v1/63979b496b452375365d95427ff9bc38c62197e48b259006b9d94198a8c35f6c/http%3A//fix42.com" rel="nofollow">fix42.com</a> tool right from the toolbar popup. JSON formatter, CSV viewer, PDF merger, QR codes, image converters, AI token counters, regex tester, hash generator, and a lot more. Type to filter, click to open in a new tab.

Type "fix" in the address bar, then a tool name, hit enter. Saves a trip through the menu.

Right-click "Send to Fix42". Highlight any text on a page, right-click, and pick what to do with it. Format as JSON, encode Base64, hash, slugify, count words, run a diff against your clipboard. The text gets pre-filled on the right tool's page.

About the browser-native side: a screen recorder with automatic zoom on your clicks, an eyedropper, and a full-page screenshot tool currently ship in the Chrome and Edge editions. They'll land in Firefox once it supports the offscreen document API those features depend on.

Privacy: no analytics, no telemetry, no tracking.
