## Review summary

Reviews appreciate the training concept and programs, but recurring Android reliability problems dominate. Users repeatedly describe crashes, lag, broken screens, login failures, and workouts or chats that do not load. Workout records and exercise details may fail to save or appear correctly. Chat and trainer follow-up are also inconsistent, while navigation and workout controls could be easier to use.

### Pros

- The training concept and workout programs are viewed positively by multiple users, despite app issues.
- Some users value the trainer-led approach and say the app helps make workouts worthwhile.

### Cons

- Frequent bugs and poor performance: screens or tabs break, the app freezes or runs slowly, and workouts or chats sometimes fail to load.
- Access problems: several users report being logged out or unable to log in or get past registration.
- Workout tracking and editing are unreliable: exercises, weights, or completed workouts may not save, may disappear, or may show on the wrong date.
- Communication and navigation are frustrating: chat notifications or messages fail, trainer contact can be difficult, and the interface is cumbersome.
