This token app is just a joke. Its been like forever and the app keeps crashing. I can't even sign in or change device or reset token from online banking. Keeps saying to update it but there is no update available. I can't believe till now we are still struggling with this app. Total joke.

The process for reactivating a mobile token is too complicated and even worse, it doesn't work. The QR code you're supposed to get via online banking shoes an error. The reactivate token process via online banking does not work. It fails every time. Terrible software integration!
