"Modern Scroll" offers most useful features. Mind however that the MS Buttons don't work is the browsers (Chrome or Edge) are embedded in StarDock's "Group 2" interface. "Groupy 2" is a program that allows to group different programs in one tabbed interface. All other functionality seems unaffected. When the browsers are not added to the "Groupy 2" interface all "Modern Scroll" features are available.

I got this for the sole purpose of hiding the (occasional) scroll bar at the bottom of full screen YouTube videos, it does NOTHING to the bottom scroll bar, nothing.
