## Description

Component Inventory helps maintenance technicians register and document machine components.<br>The app was developed by Viergever P.I.M. for the food and process industries.<br><br>KEY FEATURES:<br><br>Component Overview<br>View all your registered components in one overview. Filter by draft, complete, or synchronized, and quickly search by name.<br><br>Structured Registration<br>Record all relevant data per component: name, number, manufacturer, serial number, year of manufacture, functional location, and condition rating (1-5 stars). Link each component to an asset in your organization.<br><br>Guided Photo Documentation<br>Take 4 standardized photos per component using a step-by-step wizard:<br>1. Overview photo of the complete asset<br>2. Close-up photo of the component itself<br>3. Photo of the functional location<br>4. Photo of the identification plate or serial number<br><br>WiFi Synchronization<br>Work offline and automatically synchronize your registrations when you connect to the company network. Track sync progress in real time.<br><br>Work Offline<br>Store components in the local database without an internet connection. Everything is securely stored until synchronization is possible.<br><br>REQUIREMENTS:<br>- Requires a server account (created by your organization)<br>- Works with a self-hosted server within your company network<br>- No data is sent to external cloud services<br><br>PRIVACY:<br>- All data remains within your organization&#39;s infrastructure<br>- No tracking, no ads, no third-party analytics<br>- Photos are stored locally and only synced to your own server
