## Review summary

Users find the app helpful in identifying eye shapes and providing makeup guidance, appreciating detailed info and sometimes consistent results. However, multiple users report frequent analysis failures and overly strict photo angle requirements leading to errors. The inconsistency between results and privacy concerns regarding full face photos are also common complaints. While some praise the app's features, others find it frustrating due to ads and unreliable performance.

### Pros

- Provides helpful information about eye shapes and suitable makeup (e.g., eyeliner)
- Generally easy to use once a good photo is taken
- Some users found the results credible and consistent after multiple tries
- Provides detailed descriptions of eye creases and shapes
- Numerical breakdown of results is appreciated by some users

### Cons

- App often fails to analyze photos, giving repeated error messages even when instructions are followed
- Highly sensitive tilt detection requiring exact photo angles, causing frustration
- Inconsistency in results with different photos, leading to unreliable identification
- Requires full face photo despite advertising otherwise, causing privacy concerns
- Frequent ads appearing after some usage time, which can be intrusive
