## Description

With the Appello Valuator application, the bank provides support to its appraiser partners in their everyday work, enabling them to respond more quickly to incoming orders, as well as to coordinate and conduct on-site inspections more efficiently.<br>With the help of the application, the main data and documents related to each order are easily accessible, a phone call and e-mail can be sent to the customer with one click, and the agreed date can be recorded in the calendar.<br>The map function helps to view the location of the property, to clarify it in the event of a possible error, and also for simple route planning thanks to the connection with the appropriate phone applications.<br>In connection with the on-site inspection, the most important valuation data can be recorded quickly, so there is no need for a notebook, everything can be in one place, and at the same time, the data is also preloaded for the further stages of the process.<br>For the valuation, we can also take photos and upload them individually, or even in bulk, to document the on-site inspection.<br>If an obstacle arises during the inspection or a decision is required, these can also be recorded with a click or two.
