## Description

iaCity Management. Internal application for staff of municipalities participating in the Smart City initiative.<br><br>Designed for fieldwork, it allows authorized municipal employees to:<br><br>• INCIDENTS — receive and manage urban incidents: change statuses, notify residents via email or SMS, assign tasks to colleagues, send internal messages, provide clarifications to residents, and create internal incidents with a photo, map location, and category.<br><br>• APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING — technician&#39;s schedule: daily appointments, confirm, complete, search by name or code.<br><br>• RESERVATIONS — sports facility schedule: court and day occupancy, ticket sales, reservation blocks, and cash register closing.<br><br>• QR READER — access validation with the camera: reservations, vouchers, and tickets; also with a QR code reader or ID card.<br><br>• CAT COLONIES — TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) monitoring: validate collaborator registrations, approve new registrations, record actions, and add photos of cats.<br><br>• BEACHES AND MOUNTAINS — flag status, jellyfish, wind, mountain access, and avalanche risk, with manual updates from the field.<br><br>Data is transmitted encrypted and does not leave the iaCity platform (servers in the European Union), in compliance with the GDPR and the National Security Framework.
