For any questions, contact catedra.dolorinfantil@urv.cat.<br>---<br>Sleeping WellTech is an application to manage sleep problems created to improve the quality of life of people suffering from problems such as insomnia.<br><br>The application provides resources to deal with insomnia, and teaches strategies to manage sleep from a cognitive-behavioral approach. Sleeping WellTech aims to provide a rigorous and quality treatment to improve the quality of sleep of people suffering from this problem. Thanks to Sleep WellTech, users can learn to sleep better, manage anxiety, regulate mood or improve the relationship with others, in addition to reducing or eliminating fatigue.<br><br>In addition, Sleeping WellTech will allow you to track the evolution of the user throughout the treatment, and you can also save notes or create reminders.<br><br>It has been created by Dr. Rocío de la Vega, Roman Roset, and Dr. Jordi Miró of the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (Tarragona). The three are members of the group ALGOS (http://algos-dpsico.urv.cat) that investigates chronic pain in a scientific and rigorous way.
