## Description

Take full control of your browser's network traffic. Enhanced Network Tab is an advanced debugging, security analysis, and request modification tool designed to intercept and modify HTTP requests and responses directly within Firefox.

While many extensions offer simple static redirects, Enhanced Network Tab provides true dynamic control with built-in security scanning capabilities, making it the spiritual successor to Tamper Data.

What you can do:
<ul><li>Capture &amp; Analyze – Monitor all HTTP/HTTPS traffic in real-time with sortable, searchable request tables</li><li>Intercept &amp; Modify – Edit any aspect of a request: URL, HTTP method, headers, and body before it's sent</li><li>Match &amp; Replace – Create rules to automatically modify requests matching specific patterns</li><li>Request Repeater – Resend requests with modifications for API testing (similar to Burp Suite)</li><li>Security Scanner – Automatically detect exposed API keys, credentials, JWT tokens, private keys, and 100+ sensitive data patterns</li><li>Vulnerable Library Detection – Scan JavaScript files for outdated libraries with known CVEs</li><li>Built-in Decoder – Encode/decode URL, Base64, Hex, HTML entities, and decode JWT tokens</li><li>Export as cURL – Copy any request as a ready-to-use cURL command</li></ul>
Security Scanner detects:
<ul><li>API Keys: AWS, Google, GitHub, OpenAI, Stripe, Slack, and 50+ services</li><li>Database URLs: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis connection strings with credentials</li><li>Private Keys: RSA, SSH, PGP keys exposed in responses</li><li>Hardcoded credentials, JWT tokens, and sensitive endpoints</li></ul>
Technical Details:
Leveraging Firefox's webRequest API (onBeforeRequest, onBeforeSendHeaders, onHeadersReceived), this extension intercepts the network flow, allowing you to inspect and edit data before it leaves or enters the browser. Background scanning works even when DevTools is closed.
<ul><li>100% Privacy-Focused:</li><li>No data sent to external servers</li><li>No analytics or telemetry</li><li>All processing happens locally</li><li>Vulnerability database bundled offline</li></ul>
If you're accustomed to tools like Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP, Fiddler, or Charles Proxy, but need a faster, integrated browser solution—this is your tool. Perfect for developers, security researchers, and penetration testers.
