Mokku: Mock API calls seamlessly

Adds the API mocker Mokku to Dev Tools for seamless integration & testing.

Mokku is a powerful Chrome extension that integrates directly into your browser's DevTools, enabling seamless API mocking and testing. It allows developers to easily modify API responses, simulate various network conditions such as long loading times, errors, and data inconsistencies to test all possible scenarios without altering backend code.

By adding a dedicated panel in DevTools, Mokku presents network logs where users can select any API call and instantly mock its response with a simple click. Users can edit responses on the fly, search through network logs, or create new mocks from scratch. The extension ensures security by restricting script injections to only locally served pages (http://localhost*), which users can enable selectively. Upcoming features include collections and dynamic mock generators to enhance testing flexibility. Mokku is ideal for developers seeking efficient, in-browser API simulation for robust frontend testing.

It is simple, anyway it would be good to handle from request matching such as if header, payload contain, then do action. In other word, it should support modified graphQL too.

Extension safety

Risk impact
Risk impact measures the level of extra permissions an extension has access to. A low risk impact extension cannot do much harms, whereas a high risk impact extension can do a lot of damage like stealing your password, bypassing your security settings, and accessing your personal data. High risk impact extensions are not necessarily malicious. However, if they do turn malicious, they can be very harmful.

Mokku: Mock API calls seamlessly requires a few sensitive permissions. Exercise caution before installing.
