## Description

The MyURMedicine Chrome extension provides UR Medicine patients seamless access to their MyChart online tool. With this app, users can view their medical records anytime, anywhere, including test results, diagnoses, medications, and immunizations. It also allows patients to request appointments, renew prescriptions, and communicate directly with their health care team.
