## Description

Centralized Academic Platform (CAP)<br><br>CAP – Centralized Academic Platform is an institutional academic application developed for JNTUGV College of Engineering Vizianagaram (A).<br><br>The platform provides a centralized digital environment for academic information, communication, and related services for members of the university community.<br><br>Through role-based access, students, faculty members, and Heads of Departments (HODs) can access the features and information relevant to their respective roles and responsibilities.<br><br>Key Features<br><br>For Students<br>        • Access academic information and important updates<br>        • View attendance and academic results<br>        • Receive notifications and announcements<br>        • Access relevant academic services and information<br>        • Communicate with faculty members and Heads of Departments<br><br>For Faculty<br>         • Access relevant student and academic information<br>         • Communicate with students<br>         • Share academic updates and notifications<br>         • Report and manage relevant academic issues <br><br>For Heads of Departments (HODs)<br>         • Access department-level academic information<br>         • Communicate with students and faculty members<br>         • Review relevant academic activities<br>         • Access departmental reports and information<br><br>A Centralized Academic Experience<br><br>CAP aims to reduce the need for multiple disconnected systems by bringing important academic activities, information, and communication into a single centralized platform.<br><br>The application is designed to provide a convenient and accessible mobile experience, helping members of the institution stay connected with relevant academic information and services.<br><br>Secure and Role-Based Access<br><br>CAP uses a backend infrastructure to manage user accounts, academic information, communication, notifications, and other platform services.<br><br>Authentication and role-based access controls help ensure that users can access only the information and functionality appropriate to their respective roles.<br><br>Developed By<br><br>CAP was developed by three students from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering with passion for making a meaningful contribution to JNTU-GV .<br><br>The development team worked on designing and building the platform with the goal of creating a more centralized, accessible, and digitally connected academic environment for the university community.<br><br>Centralized Academic Platform (CAP)<br><br>One Campus.
