Finanstilsynet og Norges Bank har lenge vist bekymring over økningen i forbrukslån. Samtidig som gjelda vår øker, øker fortjenesten til bankene som tilbyr forbrukslån. Bankenes inntjening settes altså foran vanlige folks økonomi.

Det må gjøres noe med gjelda, og vi i Rød Ungdom mener det er på tide å stille krav til bankene. Et godt tiltak er å forby reklame for forbrukslån, men inntil det skjer må vi ta jobben i egne hender.

Derfor har Rød Ungdom laget en adblocker særlig mynta på forbrukslånreklame. Kort og enkelt sagt så bruker vi en funksjon i Google Chrome kalt WebRequest, som hindrer enkelte elementer på ei side fra å bli lasta inn i utgangspunktet, som om reklamen aldri eksisterte i utgangspunktet. Chill, hva?
