Generátor identifikace nemovitostí dle dat z Katastru nemovitostí a společností/podnikatelů dle dat z ARES.

Jak to funguje?

Automaticky na webu Katastru nemovitostí (nahlizenidokn.cuzk.cz/), respektive Obchodního rejstříku (or.justice.cz): při zobrazení stránky příslušného objektu (pozemek, stavba, jednotka, společnost) stačí kliknout na ikonku rozšíření a zobrazí se vygenerovaná identifikace ke zkopírování.
Kdekoli/kdykoli po kliknutí na ikonku rozšíření pod záložkou "Identifikace z ARES" stačí zadat IČO a získáte identifikaci dané společnosti či daného podnikatele.

U identifikace společnosti/podnikatele jsou data získávána z ARESu a oproti standardním informacím v OR jsou tedy obohacena o DIČ - hotový lifesaver.
